# VoipMemory > The relationship memory layer for your AI: business call recordings (RingCentral today) > and forwarded email, transcribed and resolved into one timeline per contact, served to > Claude or ChatGPT over a per-customer MCP endpoint. VoipMemory answers the question "how can I get Claude (or ChatGPT) to see my call recordings?". Neither assistant can reach a phone system by itself; VoipMemory is the bridge. It fetches recordings the customer's phone system already makes, transcribes them with speaker labels, files them to per-contact and per-company timelines alongside forwarded email, and serves everything over MCP (Model Context Protocol). Key facts: - RingCentral is live today. Zoom Phone, GoTo Connect, 8x8 and Dialpad are audited and queued behind customer demand. Vonage and Nextiva are waiting on vendor API access. - The email half works with any phone system: each account gets a private forward/BCC in-address. - Pricing: first month $2, then a flat monthly subscription. Transcription hours are included to start; after that customers bring their own STT key or use prepaid credits. - Audio is never stored (transcribed in memory, then discarded); content is never used to train models; customers can export and delete everything in one click. - Recording consent remains the customer's responsibility (see Terms). ## Guides - [All guides](https://voipmemory.com/guides): per-phone-system answers - [RingCentral](https://voipmemory.com/guides/ringcentral): live today, full setup steps - [Zoom Phone](https://voipmemory.com/guides/zoom-phone) - [GoTo Connect](https://voipmemory.com/guides/goto-connect) - [8x8](https://voipmemory.com/guides/8x8) - [Dialpad](https://voipmemory.com/guides/dialpad) - [Vonage](https://voipmemory.com/guides/vonage) - [Nextiva](https://voipmemory.com/guides/nextiva) ## Legal - [Terms](https://voipmemory.com/terms) - [Privacy](https://voipmemory.com/privacy) - [DPA](https://voipmemory.com/dpa)
