Every account comes with a private in-address like u-8f3c91a4@in.voipmemory.com. Forward or BCC anything worth keeping and it files to the sender's timeline, next to their calls. This half works with any phone system, today.
What about security?
The honest version: a transcript is as sensitive as the recording it came from, and we're the ones keeping it. So — your content is never used to train anything, ours or a vendor's, and that's contractual. Audio is never stored: it moves through memory to the transcriber and is gone. Our own support tools show metadata only. And export and delete both ship today, one click each. The Privacy Policy and DPA are written in English.

- We build connectors in order of recorded demand, so registering interest is the thing that moves it. You'll get one email when it's live, and nothing else.
- What can I use today?
- The email half, with any phone system: forward or BCC client email to your private in-address and it lands on the same per-contact timelines your AI reads. And if you also have a RingCentral number, calls work today.
- Does this work with ChatGPT as well as Claude?
- Yes — one MCP endpoint, either assistant. In ChatGPT it's Settings → Connectors → add a custom MCP connector, with authentication left on OAuth.
- Is my audio stored?
- Never. Recordings move through memory to the transcriber and are gone; the transcript is what we keep, encrypted, and it's never used to train anything — ours or a vendor's.
- What does it cost?
- First month $2, then $9/month flat — everything included, no per-seat pricing. Six hours of transcription come with it; after that bring your own transcription key and pay the vendor pennies an hour, or top up credits.
